Access to and use of 7vip is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
7vip reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to be held by an underage person will be voided and forfeited in full.
Age Restriction Notice: 7vip operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification. This applies regardless of account history or balance held.

One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one 7vip account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard. All withdrawals require a fully verified account. 7vip will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
Processing times: 7vip aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timelines of your chosen payment method and is outside 7vip's direct control once the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.
7vip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount or account status, if there is any reason to believe the withdrawal may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
7vip offers a range of bonuses, free spins, and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
7vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7vip platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 7vip content without prior written authorisation from 7vip.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7vip's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7vip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. We will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of any outage but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7vip holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunals of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 7vip's internal support and complaints process.
Dispute resolution process: In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted in writing to the 7vip support team at [email protected]. 7vip will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a final response within 28 days. If you are unsatisfied with 7vip's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or licensing authority.
7vip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
For material changes — those that substantially affect player rights or obligations — 7vip will provide advance notice via the platform's notification system or via the email address registered to your account. In cases of minor administrative updates, changes take effect immediately upon publication without individual notification.
Your continued use of 7vip following the publication of any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amended provision, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.
